Corrugated cardboard production line includes mill roll stand, single facer, pre-heater, conveyer bridge, gluing machine, slitter scorer machine, cut off machine and stacker.
We can manufature the single wall, double wall and triple wall board production line.

Corrugated Cardboard Production Line is the professional equipment for producing corrugated cardboard. The 3-ply, 5-ply, 7-ply and multi-function corrugated cardboard production line mainly consist of the following equipment:
1. Mill Roll Stand,
2. Surfacepaper(core-paper) pre- heater.
3. Single Facer,
4. Conveyer Span Bridge.
5. Glue Application Machine,
6. Double Facer,
7. Slitter Scorer,
8. Cut-off,
9. Conveyer and Stacker,
10. Heating System,
11. Air compression system and Glue Making System, etc.
The 3-ply, 5-ply, 7-ply and multi-function corrugated cardboard production has high, middle and low grade with different-specification and different-quality equipment. On the base of understanding the requirements of the customers and the advanced skills at home and aboard, our company has developed and designed these production lines with the speed 60-220m/min, the paper width 1600-2200mm and four fluting UV type A, B, C, E for all the customers to choose from.
